I’ve wanted a Moleskine forever, but they’re a bit pricey, I can’t find them locally, and I don’t want to pay added shipping.

I was surprised the other week when I was walking in Target and saw some! Well, they weren’t actually Moleskines, but a brand called Markings.

Let me tell you, they look pretty much like a Moleskine does. They have a beautiful stitched leather cover, nice paper inside, a thick band to hold them closed, and even an accordion pocket in the back.

There was only 1 black one and 1 brown suede one left. I bought both, though I’m not digging the suede one too much.

So far they’re great! I’ll have to keep my eye out every time we go to Target in case more pop up!
