I’ve decided to put one of my new notebooks to use an start writing down the bedtime stories I tell the kids.  So far I’ve only told them two, and already have the first one written down.  I’m hesitating telling them a new story before I get the second down on paper.

The first story was of a little frog wizard who used to be a little boy wizard.  Of course, the story is how he turns back into a boy.

Hey, it was off the cuff, and the kids loved it!

The next story was how this little boy wizard, who we find out has named himself Eldrich Froghopper, is visited by a messenger from a king.  The king wants him to rid the forest of a terrible, man-eating ogre, who turns out to be no so terrible.

Anyway, I figure this would be a great thing to show the kids as they get older.  It will also be a great way to keep track of what I’ve told them, so I don’t mix up the “facts”.
