A while ago I decided to give up soda, and it’s worked out really well for me. Now I’ve decided to give up something else, and it hasn’t been easy at all.
I’ve given up Taco Bell. *GASP*
It’s true. I’ve forsaken my weekly trip to Taco Bell now for 5 weeks, and it’s been rough (though getting easier). As much as I love the stuff, it’s just terrible for you, and I can’t bring myself to eat it anymore. I still get really bad cravings for it, but I’m hoping those will die down as time passes.
For now I’ve adjusted my weekly lunch outing to include Subway. Club on wheat, lots of veggies, just vinegar, and no cheese.
