We’re about 10 days into our EA Active workouts and it’s amazing the difference already. After the first few we were really sore, even for the next day or two. A little bit after that we were just a bit stiff. Now we can do a workout, feel the burn, but be pretty good the day after!

The one thing I have to say is that the resistance band that comes with the “game” isn’t very good. We just swapped it out for some 5 pound dumbbells, though it’s hard to hold the Wiimote that way. We’ll have to get some wrist weights, or better resistance bands soon.

We’ve been good about keeping up with not only the workouts, but the daily journal too. Let’s see if we can’t actually finish this 30 day workout, and keep going from there!

I’ve also picked up Gold’s Gym Cardio Workout, but we haven’t loaded it up yet.
