Yes, I’m still working out! I’m currently on my 3rd 30-day challenge, and still am working out on Hard. I did take a 2 week break between the 2nd and 3rd set to do some custom workouts, then decided to start the 3rd 30-day set.
The one things that sucks? I broke another resistance band. This time the Reebok one I bought.
I’ve decided to try things with 5lb dumbbells now, as I can’t afford to keep buying new resistance bands.
