Now that the holidays are over, and I’ve amassed enough reclaimed wood, it’s time to start work on the <a href=”http://rck2.net/2012/11/19/reclaimed-wood-gaming-table-intro/”>gaming table</a>! The first step is to pry apart the pallets I’ve collected and make all the cuts. From there I’ll sand some pieces and starting planning out how the table will go together.

I’ll keep a photo log of the process here, so keep an eye out.

Unfortunately the new office has a slight problem. The braces I used to hold my new desks in place are slowly coming out of the wall. For now I’ve had to cut some temporary legs for the main desk, but eventually I’ll have to add 2 more braces to that, and an extra one for my monitor shelf. I may even have to replace the anchors in the walls with stronger ones.

Thankfully nothing is threatening to fall…yet.
