After spending some time thinking about what to do with a large stock of unsold copies of ElementaliS, I’ve decided to package up the dice and counters and sell them to those who are interested. I’m calling the packages ElemenT Dice, and they’ll ship with a lighter version of the ElementaliS rules called EleMINtaliS. After that, I’m hoping to create new mini games for use with the dice every month or so.

Each set costs $2.50, plus shipping, and is hand put together at time of order. The sets include 5 silk screened element dice, a standard die, 20 counters for each element (fire, wind, water, earth), and the rules for EleMINtaliS.

For those of you who have followed any of my previous blogs, etc… you’ll know that I’ve been working on and off on a game design involving zombies. When I sit back and think about it, I’ve been toying with the idea for around 6 years now. Every time I sit down with this idea, I write it up from scratch. I finally thought I had a solid design down in June, but that too turned up in the junk pile.

So here I am again, starting from the ground up with nothing but an old logo designed by my good friend Jake. This time around I’m thinking dice, a small board, player boards, and story writing. I’m hopeful that this time the idea pans out, and I’m pretty happy with the initial plans laid down. Prototyping will begin soon, and hopefully play testing soon after that.
