I must be getting old.

Anyway.  I’m sporting dual wrist braces now, which are a pain in the ass to sleep with, and I’ll probably be getting my first cortisone shot in a month.  If things don’t improve I’ll end up getting a series of 3 cortisone injections, and possibly surgery if things still are bad.

Hopefully the wrist braces and the first injection will help ease the pain.

As for the arthritis, it’s not bad enough to warrant any type of treatment other than some ibuprofen when they start to ache too much.
